Qualifications/Skills Required

· Be able to show completed projects with W3C validated XHTML code
· Understanding of CSS Zen garden a plus
· Strong understanding and experience with designing standards compliant web products
· Strong understanding and experience with web interface design patterns
· Understanding and adherence to interface usability standards and best practices
