We are a Television Production Company that specialises in Live home-audience Participation TV.
We are looking to take on a new full-time Customer Accounts Manager to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day relations with our customers. You will be placed directly at our high profile west London studios and be working as an important part of the production management team.
THE ROLE
-You will be managing a large database of highly valued customers
-You will play a vital role in ensuring the overall success of the production by generating and maintaining effective customer relations.
-You will also be project managing and using your own personal customer service skills and experience to generate new ideas.
