Job Description
The work entails bringing kitchens and bathrooms up to a Decent Homes standard in over 900 occupied council houses.
We are looking to appoint a Customer Care Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of initially 3 or 4 resident liaison officers ( RLO ) who will be liaising between the residents and our production staff.
The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing the performance of the RLO staff and monitoring all the processes described above in order to ensure that the highest standards of customer care and communication are maintained at all times.
The manager will also be responsible for handling and tracking claims for damages received from customers.
The candidate needs to be a well presented manager with good experience of customer care, a good effective communicator who can represent the company at a senior level in meetings with the client and tenant representative associations.
The position carries a fully expensed company car and GOOD salary circa £22,000-£25,000
This role carries seniority equivalent to site project management.
Candidates need to live within the local area from Hull bounded by Grimsby, Doncaster and York.
