Customer Insight Co-ordinator - Utilities
THE CLIENT: Supplying millions of customers nationwide, our client is one of the UK's leading energy suppliers. With over 50 years experience, this is a company dedicated to providing an efficient and cost effective home service.
THE ROLE: Reporting in to the Retentions Manager you will be responsible for internal communications with the objective of maximising the efficiency of the retentions strategy. This will involve database analysis, liasing with market research agencies, reporting on customer habits and organising focus groups.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS: With a degree in any discipline, you will have one year?s experience marketing in a B2B environment. You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and committed to any task you undertake.

Salary - £20,000
