Customer Insight Manager : I.T Consumables
THE CLIENT: Our client has been in the business of supplying IT products and services to trade customers for almost 20 years. Today, with a turnover over £200 million, they are supplying more products to more customers than ever before. This success can be attributed to a philosophy of supplying quality products and services cost effectively, combined with genuine customer service.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for key market analysis using data mining techniques. By researching customer lifecycles, you will create predictive models with the objective of improving customer retention. Other activities will include database development and assessing profitability of customer campaigns.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS: From any B2B marketing background, you will have a minimum of 12m experience in an analysis focussed role. You will be self-motivated, numerically minded and confident in presenting your findings to groups of people.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary - £25,000
