A market leading healthcare company based in the heart of Bristol City Centre are looking for experienced Customer Service Administrators for various positions within the company on both a full and part time basis. The main aspects of the role is to:
- Provide excellent customer service to all parties
- Deal with incoming queries
- Register and maintain customer policies
- Have a general understanding of the healthcare market
- Liase with external customers, brokers, intermediaries and providers
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role or experience of working within the financial industry.
