CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR - North London, £15-17K
This tour operator based in North London are seeking a customer services co-ordinator to work in their team of 9.
You'll be responsible for dealing with pre and post departure customer service issues over the phone and in correspondence and by e-mail and liaise with other internal departments, resorts and travel agents.
The important skills needed within the customer service department are letter writing ability in response to complaints, administration skills and an excellent telephone manor.
