Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support and deputise for the Head of the charity.
Under the direction and guidance of the Head of the charity, the post holder will manage the implementation of the strategic plan in programme areas such as Education and Communications, Public Policy and Affairs and Operations, including finances. You will work to integrate programme areas and departments in order to present a cohesive approach to our mission. This will include implementing policies, monitoring progress and on-going evaluation of the programmes and projects in these areas. The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the strategic direction and to the forward planning.
The post holder will be a member of the Executive Team and will work closely with the Chief Executive, the Head of the charity as well as the Heads of Departments.
