Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced M & E Contracts Manager (5yrs +) who is wanting to make the step up to Area Manager. Based in Birmingham and covering 23 Sites from the Midlands through to the South West it has a combined £10 M portfolio. Personality will be a big determinate in finding the ideal candidate. The site contacts can vary from the works manager to board members and the ability to discuss operational and commercial matters at all levels is essential. Looking for a very personable manager with a strong maintenance background but also exposure to FM soft services including catering, security or cleaning experience. Extensive travel and the ability to stay overnight on occasions will be required. Benefits Car (Peugot 407) or £5k car allowance Pension BUPA
