This building services contractor has three divisions, Electrical, Mechanical and Service & Maintenance. Established in 1993 this contractor has fast built up a strong reputation as one of the market leaders in HVAC and electrical systems.

Work taken on by this contractor includes Education, Residential, Rail, Commercial & Industrial and Leisure & Restaurants. They can provide installation and maintenance solutions which puts them in a strong position in the current marketplace.

This building services contractor is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to work alongside the Electrical Director.

The role will be based in Leeds but you will be managing installation projects nationwide. Your work will be in various different sectors such as leisure, commercial and industrial.

You will be working in a client facing role with established customers who have built strong relationships with the company, however you will be expected to work on developing strong relationships with new clients.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a senior role in an established, market leading company.

Qualifications/Skills Required

To apply for this role you it is essential that you are qualified to a minimum of HNC level.

You must have completed an apprenticeship and gone on to gain 4 to 5 years experience as a Project Manager. You should have experience of dealing directly with your clients and be commercially aware.

You should have experience of working in various different sectors such as commercial, leisure, industrial and education. Ideally you will have gained some design experience in your previous employment and have some knowledge of quantity surveying, architecture and cost control.
