Job Description

EMEA Account Manager
Job Purpose: Manages all aspects of Facilities Management and coordinates professional Real Estate support services for our Client, including Project Management, Property Transactions and Lease Administration. Provides principal Client interface at EMEA level, determines strategy, sets policy and provides overall direction.

Job Responsibilities:
" Develops positive relationships with internal and external Clients and vendors
" Responds to problems and concerns in a prompt and expeditious manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
Operations
" Ensures quality and timely service delivery to our Client, in line with agreed KPIs and Scope of Services
" Inspects facilities for our Client on a regular basis, provides technical advice for staff members
" Responsible for implementing Quality Management processes across the account
" Co-ordinates and monitors contractors performance to meet corporate standards and maximise results
" Assures vendor compliance through reviewing maintenance schedules and purchasing programs.
" Maintains Client contract compliance process and documentation.
" Reviews strategic space planning requirements for local markets and our client.
" Works with project managers in local market moves, relocations and projects.
" Ensures that safety programs for our client are properly maintained and followed (earthquake evacuation, fire, hurricane, first aid etc.). Ensures safety of work practices and procedures of our employees and contracted employees.
Finance
" Assists in the preparation and administration of facilities budget, provides forecasts and variance analyses
" Responsible for reporting monthly accounting report, in conjunction with Financial Controller
" Provides monthly narrative report including all portfolio-related facility issues that occurred during the month
"
Skill and Educational Requirements:

Educational Requirements
University degree required
MBA preferred
German speaker

Years of Experience
Minimum 10 years business experience, of which at least 10 should be in the Real Estate sector
Demonstrable Track record of:
Cross-functional real estate management
Formulation of real estate strategy
Responsibility for operating budgets of at least £25 M
Innovative approach to generation of real cost savings
Managing a multinational operation

Qualifications/Skills Required

Degree qualified, prefer MBA
