Job Description

This contractor has been established for 34 years and works on both building and general civils projects mainly around the Yorkshire region. The company employs 18 staff and turns over in the region of £2million per year.

Much of the work completed is done on a repeat business basis.

The company requires an experienced Estimator with extensive experience of tendering and estimating projects with values ranging from £20K - £500K, to work on a part time basis of 2-3 days per week. The projects are very varied in nature.

person specification:
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background, ideally gained with many years experience . This role would ideally suit a contract Estimator looking to supplement current work or a commercial candidate who is looking for the flexibility to only work part weeks. The role may either be salaried or based on an hourly rate.
