Job Description

Top Tier International investment firm with locations throughout the world, is seeking their European Head of Treasury. This Treasurer will be responsible for 12 locations throughout Europe. He/She will be responsible for, but not limited to: the firm’s capital structure; interest rate risk; funding; banking relationships; liquidity risk management. This person will manage a staff of 20 direct reports and approx. 100 in total. They will be responsible for Short and Long term funding; investments; bank & investor relations; Foreign Exchange; Cash Management; Risk Management: Liquidity planning; Hedging strategies and asset / liability management. This person will also be responsible for the Repo Trading business.

Qualifications/Skills Required

This candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant and progressive experience as a Treasurer for a major financial institution.
Multi-national experience is a must an advanced degree is a plus.
