Job Description
Fulfil a high ratio of contract vacancies received by allocated Clients, so as to achieve and exceed both personal and team monthly placement quotas.
To develop the knowledge, skills and experience to move into the role of a Account Manager.
Principle Accountabilities
On receipt of suitable CVs evaluate, interview and grade candidate's prior to dispatch to our clients.
To ensure that suitable selected CVs are current in the content, correct in their grammar and spelling, and in an acceptable format to be presented to clients.
To liase with the nominated client contact throughout the life of each assignment to confirm its status with regard to CVs required/received, interviews arranged changes in specification and progress of submitted candidates.
To arrange venues and dates of interviews with clients and contractors. To ensure that all parties are aware of the importance of their agreement to meet and to respect each other's commitment.
To maintain close contact with clients on a regular and consistent basis to ensure that they are happy with the job and the service that we provide to them. To obtain further information regarding possible future requirements and to gather details about the client organisation/managers.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures and act as an exemplar of best practice

Qualifications/Skills Required
