Job Description
A beautiful 4 star property in Berkshire with over 100 bedrooms requires a Meetings & Events Co-ordinator to solely run it's busy events office. The role involves dealing with enquiries from start to finish, conducting showrounds, issuing contracts and chasing for payment. You will also be responsible for the effective communication between departments by issuing correct and concise function sheets.
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or conference centre. You must have the ability to work alone and have strong upselling and administration skills. You will be dealing with all angles of the business- weddings, conferences, banquets and presentations. Reporting directly to the GM.
