Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage business support services , including the resources, systems and procedures required to support the efficient and effective delivery of professional functions and projects.
• Produce agendas, prepare papers, and take minutes for meetings as required.
• Review reports and policy documents which are of strategic importance to CPP, providing advice to the Chief Executive and SMT in the execution of their duties.
• Carry out research into specific projects and provide support, advice and co-ordination to any specific project team as directed by the Chief Executive.
• Produce advisory and summary papers for CPP and the SMT and where appropriate draft Board and Committee papers.
• Research information for and draft outline of talks and speeches for the Chief Executive and Board Members.
• To attend meetings with the Chief Executive and to represent the Chief Executive's views as directed. To produce action plans and notes for such meetings as appropriate.
• To keep abreast of changes in national policy and strategy as it relates to CPP and to keep the Chief Executive and SMT informed of any relevant changes.
• Contribute to the business planning process, producing performance reports, and corporate information returns

Qualifications/Skills Required
At least 3 years admin/executive assistant experience
