Job Description
Central London Government department urgently seeks CTC and SC cleared administration staff. Working within a number of busy and at times highly presurised teams. You will be required to provide a senior administration support service. Successful candidates must have Security Government clearance. In addition a minimum 12 months administration experience prferably within the Public Sector. Due to current volumes of business we have anumber of roles available to start immediately. Please note that candidates without a valid UK CTC or SC Government clearance will not be contacted at this time.
Duties:
Typing and creating management reports
Setting up and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems.
Distributing internal and external mail.
Photocopying and archiving confidential files.
Administrative support for ad- hoc projects.
Arranging meetings using diary management system
Taking brief minutes at management meetings.
Successful Candidate:
Must have CTC and SC Government UK clearance
Minimum 12 Months administrative experience preferably within Public Sector
Advance Knowledge using MS word, Excel. Powerpoint and Access Database.
Excellent telephone and interpersonnal skills
Must be a team player
Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
