Job Title: Experienced Project Manager Salary: up to £30’000 Based: Bracknell Permanent Start date: 18/10/2004 Ref: KEPM1 We currently require an experienced and professional individual to join a team of project Managers. Working for an International Facilities firm you will be responsible for providing end to end management for all aspects of fit out, refurbishment, M&E, moves and rearrangement projects on all client sites. Main Duties: Meet with clients to establish project briefs Submit project plans Develop a project implementation package for each project Create tender packages Maintain cost control throughout projects Liaise with contractors and suppliers timely to meet project programme Meet regularly with client’s representatives to maintain communications at all stages of the project Undertake snagging at the end of the project and monitor to total completion of the works. Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Successful candidates will have a sound knowledge and understanding of Project management within Property and Facilities Management environment. A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field Member of a professional body or qualification in Property or Facilities related discipline An understanding of the process of organising, planning and setting up premises related projects Has experience fitting out buildings and the ongoing operational requirements of client’s premises Understanding both clients standards and legislative requirements Successful applicants will be contacted.
