Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a number of Local Government organisations within central London. Our clients are seeking professional, highly skilled and talented individuals to join their divisions. You will be responsible for providing support to ongoing high profile projects wiithin various areas of the council. Successful candidates will have previous project co-ordination experience ideally within the Public Sector. These roles are all based upon long and short-term temporary contracts. Main duties & responsibilities
Set up all project documentation
Maintain project plan
Co-ordinate key project meetings
Ensure agenda and minutes of meetings are kept for all key decisions.
Co-ordinate the organisation and undertake support at meetings and seminars, events and conferences.
Oversee the co-ordination and management of information, communication and administrative systems.
Participate and provide support to a range of project activities.
Assist with implementing new strategies.
Person specification
Expeience in co-ordinating projects ideally within Local or central Government.
Must have previous experience of report writing.
Must be PC literate using all MS Office Packages
Knowledge of Prince 2 and MS Project systems would be desirable.
