Experienced Telesales Agents from across the UK required to work in both LONDON and INDIA !

Our client is a rapidly expanding reseller of mobile phones for the major networks including 3, O2 and Orange currently providing 5000 connections per month, growing to 10,000 by the end of the year.

Their strategy is to use both onshore and offshore contact centres to make outbound sales calls. They are hiring British resources to work on secondments to India to enhance their performance overseas and build cultural bridges.

We are tasked with finding 10 talented and hardy outbound telesales agents preferably with experience selling mobile phones or fixed line telecommunications solutions to join the world's fastest growing telesales company.

Successful applicants will spend 3 months in the UK before going to India for at least 9 months where job progression to Team Leader, Trainer and other senior profiles is inevitable subject to performance.

Experience
• 1 year plus telesales experience
• Knowledge of the mobile phone and telecommunications market
• Target achiever

Compensation and benefits
• Salary OTE £1,500 p/m in UK (less accommodation) and OTE INR 25,000 p/m (plus accommodation) in India
