Job Description
MSB Supply Chain is a specialist recruitment company within procurement and supply chain recruitment. We currently have a position for a Facilities Manager for our FTSE 100 financial services client.
The essential purpose for the jobholder is to provide facility services as a comprehensive multi-site function on behalf of the clients business units and users as part of the UK Facilities management team.
The jobholder is also required to deputise for the Manager, UK Facilities in all authoritative and responsible regards and respects during any absence by the manager. Where the jobholder is not in tandem with the manager on a site the jobholder may be expected to exercise relevant authority in UK Facilities terms for that site.
The jobholder is also directly responsible for ensuring that the Manager is kept informed of all relevant developments, actions and activities which pertain to UK Facilities across the sites where service is provided and pertain to the management function exercised by the Manager and the Senior Operations Manager.
Applicants will have experience in managing multiple sites, budgets exceeding £25 million, and have a strong procurement/contracts background.
