Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has become available at a City Centre based insurance firm. This is an ideal position for someone looking to progress within the Insurance market. They are currently looking to employ Fee Earner Assistants and the main aspects of the job role will be:
- Deal with all queries in a timely, accurate, professional, efficient and cost effective manner
- Manage your own caseload of claims up to 50K
- Utilise the electronic case management system
- Keep comprehensive records of all cases
- Comply with the firms financial procedures in obtaining funds on account and disbursements by raising prompt bills
- Chase all outstanding bills
- Comply with all company standards and procedures
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months insurance or pre-litigation experience along with strong IT skills also be motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, highly organised and have a strong desire to learn. In return you will be offered a basic salary of up to 17K, bonus, life assurance, pension, private healthcare along with excellent training and career progression.
