Job Description
Job Purpose:
To represent a well known energy provider through Field sales activities.
Main responsibilities:
To promote and sell company products and services.
To provide an excellent sales proposition and great customer service, enhancing the sales process and increasing opportunities to acquire more customers by working in a structured and productive way maximising the pen-tablet technology and customer (‘walk book’) data provided.
You will also need to be alert to competitor products, services, practices and activities and to feedback your insights to the wider team.
Working times are between 12-8pm mon-fri.
Saturday working may be required to enhance opportunities for customer contact or where performance is below target. Part-time colleagues may also be required to work on Saturdays, depending on the agreed shifts.
Travel will be required up to one and a half hours away from home. Additional travel may also be required from time to time.
