Job Description

This is an intermediate position for someone who is a detail oriented Flash Actionscripting expert. You are a consummate professional and have experience working in an agency environment. You are constantly seeking information about advancements in Flash MX and have a deep understanding of how to use Actionscripting.
This Developer will work with a team of online designers and developers to create interactive games and design complex rich media advertising units as well as web and brand identity projects.
You are extremely motivated and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. You are excited to work with other multimedia developers, designers and producers to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
•Report to Creative Director, and work closely with designers and other programmers to create rich media treatments via the Macromedia Studio MX development environment.

Requirements:
•Advanced skills in Flash Actionscripting, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and XML
•Detail Oriented, highly organised
•Design sensibility is a plus
•Excellent communication skills
•Working knowledge of Photoshop, Imageready, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and
•Excellent understanding of best development practices, (i.e. file size limitations, banner standard...)
•Must be a creative thinker!
•Knowledge of audio and flash resources
•Ability and desire to thrive in a high-pressure, client-services driven environment.
