Summary of Position
You will be the interface between our client and their customers via inbound or outbound calls. Your role will involve passively (i.e. order taking) or actively selling products and services. Responsibilities include achieving growth of each account in terms of volume shipped, processing customer orders and sales, providing and receiving various information, up-selling client products as well as general query handling via the telephone.
Responsibilities
Conduct relationship-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs
Confirm customer understanding and provide additional customer education as needed
Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer record on system
Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
Maintain broad an in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures through management communications, meetings, client focus groups and formal training
Skill Set
Excellent sales / communication skills - preferably business to business
Extensive product knowledge
Business acumen
Comfortable with Excel & Lotus Notes
Entrepreneurial skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Numerical & Literate
