Job Description

We are seeking a Dynamic General Manager for our client who own homes that cater for elderly service users with dementia throughout the UK.

You will be responsible for running a large home so you must be energetic and familiar with up market clients.

You must also be a first level nurse with at least 3 years experience of running a large home that caters for the needs and requirements of elderly service users with demetia.

You must also be totally self motivated, professional, with a sound knowledge of the minimum care standards as dictated by the CSCI, experience in staff recruitment and training and experience of budgeting.

This would ideally suit a Manager who has been the Registered Nursing Home Manager of a home that caters for elderly service users with dementia for 3 years and is looking for the next step up to enhance their career.
