***GREAT OPPORTUNITY!! - TRAVEL RESERVATIONS CONSULTANTS NEEDED, ASAP START, 6 MONTH CONTRACT - 15k + overtime***

This well known Travel Company based in South West London are looking for experienced Reservations Consultants to start with them asap on a 6 month contract.

You will be taking inbound calls direct from the public and also from the travel trade. You will be making flight bookings, handling seat allocations, special requests and customer queries. Flight reservations will be made both for customers travelling outbound from the UK and onwards through to Europe. The hours for this role are Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and you must be available to work 2 Saturdays in 5 of which are paid time and a half.

Essentially you must have worked recently in a Travel Reservations role utilizing a CRS eg Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or Worldspan. You must have a proven track record in customer services, excellent written and spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
