UK’s most successful restaurant group are looking for Head Chef Their menu is based largely on fresh seafood - prepared simply but with style - using only the finest and freshest ingredients to allow the delicate flavors of the natural produce to take centre stage. Dishes are served throughout the day, with seafood dishes cooked to order and cold dishes prepared in front of you from an impressive display of seafood on ice. You role will be to assist the head chef in leading a team of 6/10 chefs, responsible for training and all aspect of the kitchen.
Qualifications/Skills Required
