The Position:
We are currently looking for a Head of VIP Customer Service to answer customer phone calls and email enquires, coordinate VIP initiatives and to manage existing customer's accounts. We are looking for an individual who, as the company grows, will be able to be able to hire and grow a VIP customer service team around them.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email
• Compliant Handing & Reporting
• Quality Testing & Reporting
• Troubleshooting and problem solving as required
• Hiring VIP Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications/Skills Required
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
• 2 - 3 years experience working in a customer service and/or sales role
• Exceptional follow-through, initiative, and attention to details, as well as problem solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent computer skills and be comfortable working on the Internet
• Must have outstanding people skills
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Strong ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task
• A second European language will be strongly beneficial
