Job Description

Highway O & M Team Leader
A multi disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Highway O & M Team Leader for the development of O & M technical requirements for M25 and DBFO Contract.
The principal duties of the position are O & M data gathering, development of contract requirements, liaison with Area Maintenance team and other stakeholders/ interested parties, preparation of technical reports and tender documentation, project management, programming and cost planning/monitoring.
Secondary duties include H&S and cost risk assessment and value engineering including workshop and cost estimating.
MICE or equivalent status is essential for the position, along with 3-5 years post chartered experience in Operations and maintenance, planning and project management. UK major highways project experience.
DBFO, Design and Build, Early Contractor Involvement experience is also desirable.
The successful candidate will be a lateral thinker, flexible,
delivery and client focussed with strong technical ability.

Qualifications/Skills Required

DBFO, Design and Build, Early Contractor Involvement experience is also desirable.
