Job Description

A multi disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Highways Engineer to take lead role on infrastructure projects, assisting PMs and heavily involved in technical aspects of highway design.
Responsibilities include: coaching of other grads, technicians in highway alignment design, undertake role of project engineer and represent company where required at Client meetings, project manage some projects.
A Degree or HND in Civil Engineering is essential, whilst MICE, MIHT, and Ieng qualifications are also desirable.
Experience of Highway Alignment design on MOSS and a working knowledge of DMRB and Spec for Highway Works are also essential for the position. Experience in drainage design, statutory processes, design and build and ECI is preferable too.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player, willing to take on responsibility with the ability to coach others.
