Job Description
The Role;
- You will be part of a specialist IT team, involved in all aspects of recruitment.
- You will liaise between candidates and clients.
- Cold calling for new clients and job opportunities.
- Liaising with existing clients to develop more business.
- Writing advertisements for vacancies to attract candidates
- Negotiating terms and conditions with candidates and clients.
- Providing continual support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Offering advice and consultation to candidates and clients on recruitment.
- All employees start as trainees and you will be promoted by merit alone, top consultants can move into a team leader roles within 2 years.
The Person;
- No knowledge of IT or recruitment is required as comprehensive and ongoing training is provided
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a prerequiste. What you will have is ambition, motivation, hunger, competitiveness and the commitment to succeed within a targeted and fast paced environment.
- You will someone who can demonstrate the determination, effort and energy that you have put into your life so far.
- You will have to have the desire to earn a lot of money and to progress their career within recruitment.
- You will need to be someone who enjoys work and wants to push yourself in the working environment. In short you will need to be the kind of person who enjoys the challenge of recruitment.

Following the successful completion of your probation you will be paid a basic salary of £20,000 and £35,000 OTE
