Job Description
To work under the direction of the Area Housing Manager in offering a comprehensive housing management service for Leasehold and Freehold residents who pay service charges. To manage a portfolio of properties including the Association's Leasehold and Shared Ownership stock and properties purchased under the Right To Buy / Right To Acquire, Starter Homes Initiative and Key Worker Initiative.
The candidate must have housing management experience & rent / service charge & arrears recovery experience. Must have ability to drive and use of own transport.
