The company; a provider of cost effective university accommodation located within 28 cities across the UK; are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Hospitality Manager to be based within their Leicester area.
The company strives to deliver excellent services to their clients to enable high levels of satisfaction and serviceability.

Main Job Brief:
You will be required to manage the site-based hospitality team to deliver a world-class hospitality operation that provides an excellent experience for our customers.
· To effectively manage the Hospitality Services 24/7 operations ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· To manage and develop the hospitality team.
· To deliver a growing return from hospitality services through high levels of customer satisfaction and recommendation.
The main points that will be targeted in the coming year are:
· Achieve targeted customer satisfaction levels.
· Achieve targeted occupancy level.
· Actively improve customer quality, service delivery and consistency to our customers by putting in place and delivering a plan that will develop a sense of community at the site.
Qualifications/Skills Required
We are ideally looking for a candidate with a number of years experience working within the hospitality industry or a service driven facilities management role.
You must be able to work some unsociable hours, especially from May to September and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of property, which is based in the City Centre of Leicester.
You must have some customer service work experience and have experience as team leader of people.
Salary: £23k-£28k per annum
