HOTEL RESERVATIONS - FRENCH SPEAKER, London

Our client, a leading London-based tour operator, is looking for fluent French speaker to join their Hotel Reservations department

In this role, you will be responsible for hotel reservations for customers travelling within France. You will be regularly communicating with hotel staff by phone, fax and email, making hotel reservations, requesting special conditions, dealing with any cancellations and amendments etc

It is ESSENTIAL that you have previous hotel reservations experience within the travel industry (hotel, tour operator, travel agent) - applications cannot be accepted without this experience. You should also have a good knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent communication skills including fluent French AND English.
