Job Description
Housing Officer required to work as part of an Area Housing Team, delivering an efficient and effective housing management service in line with the principles of Best Value.
This is a challenging front line position, with responsibility for lettings, maintenance of the Housing Register, Estate Management, Tenancy Management, void control and general housing and welfare advice.
Candidates must have a knowledge of current housing issues, excellent interpersonal skills and at least two year's experience of working for a housing organisation.
This is a temporary position on an ongoing basis.
