Medium sized housing association seeking an experienced housing officer to undertake a generic role including recovery of rent arrears from initial stage to preparation of court papers and void management including pre and post inspections through to sign up. Experience within rents and void management is essential although court experience is not required. Suitable candidate will have worked within a similar role and have access to a car.
