Job Description
Housing Options Manager required to manage a team of housing option officer and ensure that the Local Authority
reduces the level of homeless applicants seeking housing.
The successful applicant MUST have the following,
At least 5 years working in a housing organisation in a senior position.
Experience of providing services to the public.
Experience of operating computer systems.
Educated to degree level in an appropriate field.
Full driving licence
Member of the Institute of Housing or other appropriate professional qualification
Excellent communication skills, organisational and motivational skills. Negotiation skills.
Project Management.
