5x exciting positions for Housing Options Officers

1. Main Purpose of Job

· To provide a comprehensive housing advisory and advocacy service to the public on housing needs and homelessness issues

· To promote and facilitate a preventative rather than reactive approach towards homelessness by advising about and promoting initiatives which enable a household to remain in their current home where appropriate, or to provide options to enable a planned and timely move.

· To assist in helping clients to sustain independent living

· To identify housing trends and issues impacting on homelessness to inform the development of the Homelessness Strategy and identify preventative measures required to prevent homelessness.


Essential skills needed: At least 2 years experience working in housing advice
Or homelessness

Minimum of one years experience working in a very
busy office environment
