Our client, a large, successful, Financial Services organisation, based in Edinburgh city centre, now has a fabulous opportunity for an HR Business Partner. The HR function within this firm works in true partnership with the business, in an attempt to add value to the bottom line. This is a new role within the organisation and you will hold a key position within the team.
The successful candidate will be a graduate, have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience and excellent all-round communication skills. A CIPD qualification would be a distinct advantage.
