Job Description
This respected utilities company based in the West Midlands are now seeking a talented and proactive Interim HR Business Partner for a 6 month contract. The role is split between their sites at Solihull and Coventry.
You will be working with Managers during a period of change, supporting their teams’ performance in all issues, making recommendations, helping to implement new performance improvement processes and improve on existing processes. You will also undertake 1:1 coaching with Managers at all levels to improve their own effectiveness.
MCIPD qualified with a minimum of 5 yrs’ generalist HR experience, your coaching qualifications are desirable as is experience of operating in a unionised environment. Knowledge of current employment legislation and employment best practice is essential along with excellent influencing and communications skills.
