Job Description
A major international financial services business now requires a Business Relationship Manager to provide a critical interface between the business division Leadership Team and HR Shared Services to ensure that the whole range of services available from the Shared Services function are provided to the agreed service standards.
The following experience would be useful in this role: formal account / relationship management experience and a background in managing service agreements and brokering service improvements with service suppliers.
