Job Description
Operating within the framework of a market leading practice environment, the Human Resources Practice Group is fast expanding and our consultants are involved in stimulating brief taking projects from start to completion across a broad base of HR areas such as ER, IR, TUPE, redundancy, compensation and benefits, restructuring and OD. Networking internally and externally, they manage several projects simultaneously leading formal and informal client reviews.
Though we would like to hear from experienced consultants, largely our most successful individuals are from operational HR. Professionally, you will be CIPD qualified with a ?strong hand? in 3 to 4 of the above specialist areas. We are particularly keen to hear from generalists, individuals with a background in the education sector and HR professionals with skills in training/seminar delivery.
Immediately personable, you will build strong relationships quickly and be a considered thinker, able to draft a succinct and persuasive report. We openly seek resilient, upbeat and delivery-orientated team players.
