HR Consultants
We are currently looking for talented HR professionals who have the ambition and determination to succeed within the Human Resource function of one of Europes leading-edge financial services groups.
The purpose of the role of an HR Consultant within the group is to aid the business in meeting key objectives by leading, participating in and contributing to a variety of project-based assignments. You will be required to be pro-active in the identification of areas within the business where HR can add value and recommend appropriate actions.
It is likely that the successful candidates will have worked or be working within a large organisation; have a minimum of five years HR generalist experience and have operated in a consultancy capacity; with strong experience of matrix / stakeholder management. Project management experience, although not essential, would be a distinct advantage.
