Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to work on a contract basis for our client. Working within their busy HR department you will be responsible for managing and advising senior managers on recruitment processes and drive them forward.
You will also be advising on terms of conditions of employment and legislation, drafting job specs, composing job advertisements, managing a spreadsheet of current vacancies. There is a central recruitment team with which you will be liaising with regularly.
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with substantial experience in case management and grievance procedures as well as exposure to post structural change issues. A CIPD qualification, whilst not essential, would be useful.
