Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to join one of the most successful financial services organisations in the world. You will have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR consultancy experience, preferably gained within a large blue-chip environment, alongside the ambition to develop, fairly quickly, into the role of group HR Business Partner. Experience of change management, restructuring or reward would be a distinct advantage.
The purpose of the role will be to aid the business to meet key objectives through the innovative use of human resource by leading and contributing to a variety of project-based HR assignments.
