Seeking a HR Manager for a period of approx. 3 months to support the existing HR team and also to complete a number of important projects.
• Initiated a culture change programme
• Developed an HR strategy
• Developed a learning & development policy
• Developed a number of HR policies e.g. disciplinary, capability, grievance etc
• Developed a competency and appraisal framework
• Completed an employee opinion survey

To commence a review of our staff rewards strategy
To investigate more modern and flexible working practices
To criticlly evaluate the existing staffing structure and recruitment processes within
CIPD qualified with a proven track record of leading change and developing HR strategy/policy at a high level.
Ability to apply latest innovative thinking and HR best practice.
The role also requires strong employee relations experience and influencing skills.
Must also hold a valid CRB Police Check Form (Enhanced or Standard)
