A fantastic opportunity exists in Chester/North Wales for an experienced HR Manager to lead a small team of HR Advisors. The successful candidate will provide a general HR service to managers and staff, including advice on employment law, recruitment, performance issues and the implementation of policies and procedures.
It is essential applicants have at least 3 years managerial experience in HR and it would be desirable if applicants are part or fully CIPD qualified as well as possessing HR experience in either travel, IT, eCommerce or financial services.
In return the client offers a basic salary circa £30k (negotiable) plus the usual benefits associated with a leading organisation.
