HR Manager : circa £40k : Lancashire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic and fast paced organisation based in Lancashire. Joining a already well established HR Team you will be helping to pave the way to ensure the successful recruitment, continuous development and motivation of human resources within the organisation. This role has a high degree of autonomy. Based at Head Office you will be Reporting into the Board of Directors.
Your responsibilities will include.
? Recruitment and retention - strategy & process
? Developing training and development strategy
? Advise and assist all staff on policies and procedures
? Provide HR expertise and guidance to management and employees
? Assist and advise management on all operational, disciplinary and grievance issues.
? Employment law advice
? Employee Relations
You will be a proactive, experienced HR Professional who thrives in a busy dynamic environment and thrives on a challenge. You will be, CIPD qualified and a minimum of 7 years HR experience, 3 years hands on HR experience in a senior level or stand alone role. This a fantastic opportunity for a mid-career candidate looking to take that next step or looking for a change of environment.
