Based in a central West Yorkshire location, our client is looking for an experienced PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT AND CAPABILITY MANAGER.
This is a senior role reporting to the Divisional HR Director, this role will be integral in driving the individual and team performance necessary to deliver the group objectives
Key Accountabilities:
? Ensuring the effective application of Performance Management identifying and delivering priority interventions process across the Division to drive Performance Improvement using the Corporate Model as a driver.
? Supporting the behavioural change agenda required to ensure sustained business delivery.
? Identifying and delivering priority interventions process across the Division
? Working alongside the Central HR Team to identify appropriate strategies to improve individual and team
? Working alongside Factory General Managers and the Factory teams to providing individual coaching and mentoring support
? You will be monitoring performance across the Division / Organisation
? You will be comfortable in working at a fast pace and ensuring priorities are identified and delivered, as well as be experienced in facilitating cross-functional teams to improve processes and in translating performance improvement systems and processes
You will be an experienced HR Manager, who has excelled in Change Management and Behavioural Change. With a proven track record driving forward performance improvement projects. Manufacturing experience is essential for this role.
Salary £50,000 + benefits
